Cassie | Bridals

5/27/14

POSTED IN: Bridals

Cassie and I had planned and planned and organized a weekend down in Charleston for months now, getting everything perfected for her bridal session at Magnolia Plantation {the same spot where her and Austin were married!} It wasn’t until the last final days of getting ready to leave for Charleston that the weather report changed on us, and there we were…heading down to Charleston for the weekend with a terrible forecast…every. single. day.  Yes y’all. It was heartbreaking! Here we were in a beautiful setting to take some more than beautiful bridal shots of Cassie a month before she says ‘I Do’ and it’s a torrential downpour. Oh. I upset! Well, guess what happens next…

We decided to go through with the bridal session, rain or not.  We were going to move locations from being outside to inside. I told Cassie it probably wasn’t what she was going to want…but she said to heck with it, and we headed for the shoot anyway. I’m not kidding y’all. The MOMENT Cassie and I pulled up to the venue for the session, it had stopped raining! The sun came out and it was absolutely stunning. {Hot and humid…yes, but absolutely gorgeous to say the least!} I was so extremely thankful and happy after the session and I swear, we couldn’t have had our prayers answered more! Thank you Jesus!!

Here’s Cassie’s bridals for now…stay tuned y’all because their fabulous wedding will be posted soon!

Cassie looks so beautiful in these pictures, as she did on her wedding day, that it made me cry! Absolutely amazing job on the photos!!
