Mini-Session Dates & Times:

Sunday — April 10th, 2016 from 4:00pm — 7:00pm

Sunday — April 17th, 2016 from 2:30pm — 5:30pm

Mini-Session Location:

In the Weddington/Monroe, NC area. 75% of all family sessions photographed by Emma Loo Photography are photographed in Monroe, NC.

Actual location address will be given in booking confirmation email.

Details:

+20 minute mini-session with Emily of Emma Loo Photography

+Your choice of 20 edited images with print release

+Online proofing gallery with option to purchase for full use of all images

+$175
Additional Information:

+Processing fees and North Carolina State sales tax will apply

+Mini-Sessions are reserved on a first come, first serve basis

+Non-refundable payment is required in order to reserve your mini-session

+Proofs will be available for viewing within 5 business days of your mini-session

+Mini-sessions will not be rescheduled for any reason, except for inclement weather. Mini-session inclement weather reschedule date will only take place on Friday, April 22nd between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. If you are unable to attend scheduled mini-session or rescheduled inclement weather date, your mini-session payment will be applied towards the purchase of a full session at current session pricing.

Mini-Session Agreement: 

After booking and making payment for your mini-session, you will receive a booking confirmation email from Emma Loo Photography within 24 hours.  Emma Loo Photography will need to collect information for a mini-session agreement.  Your signed agreement is due to Emily within 24 hours of agreement.

1.) Look for available mini-session dates and times HERE.  To book and reserve your mini-session spot, payment in full must be made for desired session time.  Please note that payment is non-refundable and state tax and website processing fees will apply.

2.) Emma Loo Photography will send an email collecting mini-session agreement information within 24 hours after your mini-session booking is confirmed.  Once mini-session agreement is sent, a signed agreement is required within 24 hours of your receipt.
