Oh these two. It was just a pleasure to get together with Laura+Daniel for their engagement session last weekend. They are the SWEETEST couple and I just quickly became so comfortable with these two super fast! (It also doesn’t hurt much that I’ve known Daniel since high school!) We spent the better half of the evening on Laura’s family’s property where their October wedding will take place! Talk about GORGEOUS! Laura’s family has a beautiful home and a GORGEOUS piece of property and when the sun is setting, oh! It’s even prettier! I simply can’t wait for wedding day and get back in some of these same locations again! Can you just imagine seeing an entire wedding party in some of these wooded and pretty locations?! Eeeeekk!
While I was location scouting before their shoot, I noticed some massive trees on the side of the road on a large piece of farm land that had just be tilled! When I saw the trees, I stopped dead in my tracks! It was a photographer’s DREAM location! Massive trees, pretty light, wide open spaces! I just KNEW we HAD to shoot out there at one point! So I mentioned it to Laura and Daniel before our shoot and thankfully they were down for it! Sometimes when I feel like my couples won’t be able to “see my vision” about things, I’m SO glad that they trust me and totally “get it” and allow me to be my crazy creative self! 😉
As for Laura and Daniel, these two just simply love one another so much! Their love for one another is just SO THERE. They loved snuggling and they weren’t eager to break away from “the poses” I put them in. I could tell they just genuinely loved being together and loved loving one another! (Goosebumps!) I simply can’t wait for their fall wedding day! In the meantime, enjoy these lovebirds beautiful engagement session…where I think their pup, Nala, stole the show! 😉 Hehe!
