It’s definitely engagement season y’all! It’s been week after week FULL of engagement sessions and I couldn’t be more excited to be capturing these sweet little snippets of love stories for all of my Emma Loo Brides and Grooms! This year, we’ll be photographing 24 weddings! So that means getting to share 24 most perfect days with 24 AMAZING couples!! It just seems so surreal to even be writing that! Someone PINCH me! I am just SO thrilled that I have such great couples and love stories to capture this wedding season! This job never ceases to amaze me! (ANNND the tears start rolling down! Y’all, I’m a MESS writing this!) 

Lindsay and Andy may not be apart of the 24 couples for the 2016 Wedding Season, but they’re one of my early weddings for the upcoming 2017 season and I couldn’t be more thrilled to capture their best day ever next March! And they’re definitely nothing short of amazing! Lindsay first contacted me back in September and was just SO excited to get in touch she hadn’t even gotten the ring yet! (Little did she know that she would soon get THE RING at Christmas! And just wait until you see it! It’s STUNNING! Andy did GOOD! 😉 ) Her and Andy’s story is a lot like Phillip and I’s! We both met online! (How cool, right?!) AND Lindsay and I were both planning our weddings BEFORE the engagement! It’s one of those unexplainable things y’all…when you know, you just know!

Now, if you know me well enough, you know that I’m a HUGE sucker for puppies! I love them! And up until a couple of months ago I had my heart dead set on getting a French Bulldog for our first married anniversary (coming up in June, by the way! I’m too excited if you can’t tell!) When Lindsay and I first spoke on the phone and talked about everything wedding day (and instantly became Besties!), her and I were talking and come to find out their dog will be the RING BEARER in the wedding! How cute, right?! When I asked what kind of dog they had she said a GOLDENDOODLE and literally my heart sang! So I’m just going to blame Lindsay for making me have a love affair with Goldendoodles! We’re planning on getting our Goldendoodle puppy from the SAME BREEDER as Lindsay and Andy’s puppy, Henry! So not only will I have a great friend in Lindsay and Andy, they’ll also be our puppy’s “Auntie & Uncle”!! Hehe! Lindsay and Andy brought Henry along for their engagement session and it was SO GREAT to FINALLY meet Mr. Henry Boy!! He is such a sweetheart!
