A Fall Wedding at Revolution Mill in Greensboro, NC
When I first met with Rachel & her Mom for coffee one day back in January, I knew instantly that Rachel & I would become good friends throughout her wedding planning! I mean, her name just so happens to be my own sister’s name, so it’s fitting! After our meeting & Rachel booking her wedding day with me, I was SO excited for their wedding day in late September…but it was January…so I knew we had some time before wedding day. And boy! Was I SO wrong! Time FLEW by and before I knew it, here it was SEPTEMBER and it was officially WEDDING DAY for Rachel and Ethan!
Rachel and Ethan were married at Revolution Mill in Greensboro, NC and it was a walk down memory lane when I first arrived to their venue on wedding day because it was actually the venue of my FIRST WEDDING I EVER PHOTOGRAPHED! So here I was, back at the SAME venue where I shot my first wedding now shooting wedding number seventy!! So the day was destined to be absolutely perfect…and it was!
I couldn’t get over Rachel’s dress! It was absolutely STUNNING and SO unique! She definitely looked like a showstopper in her gown, and I don’t think Ethan could take his eyes off her ALL DAY! Rachel chose a bright purple shade for her Bridesmaid dresses and Ethan and his guys wore a light gray suit. They all looked fantastic! I think the color choices Rachel picked out were so beautiful and different, especially with the blush and gold wedding trend that’s so popular right now! I’m so happy to see such fun color and such unique combinations used throughout a wedding day! Good work Rachel!
Rachel and Ethan’s wedding day was such fun & so inspiring to be a part of! Everyone involved with the wedding day was so relaxed and easy going! You could just feel at ease with everyone at the wedding…it’s exactly how a wedding is SUPPOSED to feel. Not rushed. Not crazy. Not chaotic. Just easy, light, and fun! Rachel and Ethan’s special day was beautiful from start to finish! Even down to their sparkler exit and making their grand exit on the tailgate of an old teal truck Rachel and Ethan were ALL SMILES and never left each other’s sides. They were just the cutest! I was SO happy to be a part of such a beautiful and special day for both Rachel and Ethan, their families, and their friends!
