Happy Monday y’all!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend filled with lots of love and celebration for our Mama’s out there! Today, I’m keeping this post short and sweet (because I have SO MUCH wedding edits to do! Just WAIT until you see the photos from Jennifer+Eric’s Wedding on Saturday! SO PRETTY!) and making this post all about our sweet Mama’s, who we celebrated alongside with all day yesterday!

Our first stop was with Phillip’s Mom where we were treated with a Mexican Fiesta complete with homemade enchiladas, cilantro salad, and LEFTOVERS! (Can someone say dinner for tonight!! YES!) Phillip’s Mom took care of it all even on Mother’s Day AND even made a delicious fried ice cream for dessert! YUM! Of course, a day celebrating our Mom’s wouldn’t be complete without a mini-photo shoot, so we got everyone in front of my camera to capture this sweet occasion! 

As for celebrating my Mom…we did the simple route! We took Mom out for appetizers at a local restaurant and we WERE planning on dessert, but decided we were too full on brew pub pretzels and beer cheese! (as if that’s a bad thing! 😉 ) When we got to my mom’s house after “dinner”, we rocked on the front porch and fed the geese and baby geese that have decided to take refuge in their front yard pond.  There’s nothing finer than just sitting on those rockers talking about anything and nothing with Mom!

Yesterday was simply a day of love and celebration of our Mama’s! We are both so lucky to have two AMAZING women in our hearts and lives! We love you Mom! XO!
