Words can’t even express how truly delighted and honored I am to get to capture Grace and Mike’s wedding day this upcoming April in Charlotte, NC.  Grace has been a friend of mine for a few years now (we met each other while we both attended photography school!) and her and Mike have been together throughout it all.  Grace and I were roommates while away at school in Asheboro, NC (we roomed with our good friend, Lindsey too!) and ever since school has ended & we’ve moved out of apartment D, Grace and I have remained great friends! Grace has even second shot alongside me at some weddings, and she was kind enough to photograph Phillip and I’s sparkler exit from our very own wedding! I am SO thankful for the friendship I have found in Grace, and she just fills me with so much joy when I am around her! Her jokes get me every time, and I am so grateful for a friend who keeps me smiling and laughing each time we’re together!

We had originally planned for Grace and Mike to join us while in Asheville for their engagement session however due to the weather and the insignificant views, we decided to reschedule…and I’m so glad that we did! We headed to Crowder’s Mountain just outside of Charlotte for their engagements, we hiked up the side of a mountain, and had some amazing views! On our way down the mountain, we stopped to enjoy the beautiful colors in the leaves and soak up every bit of beauty found in fall.

Grace and Mike are just adorable and I can’t hardly say it enough! I am SO looking forward to their wedding day and seeing Grace finally say “I Do” to Mike! What is even more exciting about their April 9th wedding day…they’re getting married in the MORNING! How neat is that!?! I absolutely love that idea and I can’t wait to see such a perfect day for such a perfect couple!

 

Congratulations Grace+Mike! Thank y’all SO very much for letting me capture and share your love story! April 9th will be here before you know it, so enjoy every single second of your engagement! 🙂 You two are just too cute and I am looking forward to our next Tony’s Ice Cream date soon! 😉 Much love!
