Really can’t help but absolutely adore this couple! I had such a great engagement session with these two.  Emily and Grey really made me feel at home! {And seeing that we had the session at “Huntley Ridge”, Grey’s family farm, helped make it feel more like home too!!}

Everything about this afternoon engagement session was perfect-the weather, the family helping us out when we needed it, this adorable and totally in love couple, and mix that all with an old rustic barn, some horses, and more-than-perfect-sunlight…it all was a great match.  I felt totally comfortable and at ease behind the camera during this session…like I was in my own little world. What could be more perfect for me? I was on a farm, with a lovely couple, and doing something that I absolutely love…my perfect little day was made!

We couldn’t leave Miss. Peyton, Emily and Grey’s chocolate lab, out! What a good lady she was! Such a trooper during the hot session AND she was about to POP with puppies!

We balanced Emily’s {beautiful!!} ring on an old horse shoe for a detail shot! I think I was freaking out more than her…and of course, Grey laughed and asked me if I’d had an updated tetanus shot.
