Where I blog about all things photography & owning a small-business.  It’s here on Fridays that I will dive into the details of running my own business, my trials, successes and failures over the years, and photography tips as well as editing techniques! Basically, if it’s ANYTHING to do with my business or photography, you can guarantee that I’ll cover it!

For today’s introductory post, I am SO excited to announce that instead of waiting for these business posts to come out on Fridays, or if you have specific questions that you want answered, or you just simply want to know how to use your camera better…you can sit down with me one-on-one & I’ll answer any questions you may have about…well…anything! I’m SO very excited to announce Cameras+Coffee with Emma Loo! 

Cameras+Coffee is a coaching session designed for the photographer who wants to learn more about breaking into the wedding & portraiture industry, who wants to learn more about what it takes to get started with building & running a small business, and who is struggling with finding their style & photographic voice.  At Cameras+Coffee, I’ll be an “open book” for you…seriously, you can ask me anything.  I’ll share with you all of my successes and even my failures throughout my first 3 years of being a wedding+portrait photographer.  Together, we’ll team up on a stylized shoot, where you’ll be able to see how I would photograph the session, I’ll give you pointers & shooting demonstrations, and you’ll be able to photograph for your own portfolio.  For namesake, I’ll even throw in a cup of coffee, an afternoon snack, and an updated headshot!

Here’s what a Cameras+Coffee Coaching session schedule will look like:

• 2:00pm-4:00pm One-on-one coaching session with Emma Loo in her home office (& 2 big cups of coffee!)
• 4:00pm-4:30pm Headshot session with Emma Loo
• 4:30pm-5:30pm Stylized session with model(s) and shooting demonstration with Emma Loo

• 3.5 hours of in-person coaching with Emma Loo
• Headshot gallery & access to all images
• Stylized session with shooting demonstration
• Coffee & afternoon snack
