Oh my goodness, oh my goodness. Have you ever seen a prettier fall wedding?! Amy and Ben really lucked out, their fabulous October 18th wedding was the definition of a perfect fall day! I couldn’t be happier to share with them their first day as husband and wife and I’m thrilled to get to showcase this wedding to y’all!
I met Amy a while back while I was photographing one of my very first weddings and it just so happened to be her sister, Emily’s wedding! I was ecstatic when Amy asked me to photograph hers and I couldn’t believe that I had been honored enough to photograph two sisters weddings! {Y’all for real, that’s pretty awesome!!}
Amy and Ben are delightfully sweet to one another and I just know that if their marriage is as fun as their wedding was, then they’ll be sure to have a blast throughout life together! These two are just simply made for each other and literally one of the sweetest couples ever!
Some of my favorite moments from their wedding day include:
-getting ready with Amy and all of her bridesmaids! There wasn’t a time limit, no time crunch. No crazy makeup jobs, or anything like that. Just getting ready, having fun, and prepping for the best day ever! It was SO awesome in the bridal suite! You could defiantly tell Amy was beyond-more-than-ready to walk down the aisle towards Ben!
-Looking at Amy waiting to walk down the aisle! It was such a sweet moment and literally made me tear up so much! It’s that moment I will just cherish forever-seeing that joy all over Amy’s face right before she says “I Do”. Man, it’s awesome.
-Because the sun was so so bright at the ceremony site, Amy and Ben wanted their wedding party to wear sunglasses during the ceremony. Seeing all of the bridal party pull some aviators out and totally rock them during the ceremony was quite brilliant and it made all of the guests laugh! What a fun thing to do!
-Sending Amy & Ben off to their honeymoon with a birdseed exit! It was so adorable seeing them rush through the endless supply of birdseed getting thrown at them. I mean, endless supply. LOTS. {in fact, I’m STILL picking birdseed out of my camera bag!}
Amy and Ben-Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for allowing me to photograph your wedding day. It was such an honor, and I am thrilled that I got to be a part of your families such special day! I wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter, lots of kisses, and many many more sweet moments! Love you both! XO-Emma Loo
